Our client has a strong reputation for delivering homes that meet the needs of local communities, with a focus on affordable housing, joint ventures, and partnership-led schemes. They are now looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to identify and secure new opportunities, develop long-term relationships, and oversee partnership housing projects.
About the Role:
As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in securing and managing strategic partnerships with housing associations, local authorities, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring the successful delivery of partnership-led housing schemes.
This role requires strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the affordable housing sector, Section 106 agreements, and joint venture partnerships.
