Our client has a strong reputation for delivering homes that meet the needs of local communities, with a focus on affordable housing, joint ventures, and partnership-led schemes. They are now looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to identify and secure new opportunities, develop long-term relationships, and oversee partnership housing projects.

About the Role:

As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in securing and managing strategic partnerships with housing associations, local authorities, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring the successful delivery of partnership-led housing schemes.

This role requires strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the affordable housing sector, Section 106 agreements, and joint venture partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new partnership housing opportunities, working closely with housing associations, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage agreements, including Section 106 deals and joint ventures, to deliver high-quality affordable housing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including land, technical, and commercial, to assess partnership viability and ensure projects align with business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and the successful delivery of partnership projects.
• Stay up to date with affordable housing policies, funding opportunities, and government initiatives that impact partnership developments.
• Support the delivery of affordable housing schemes from acquisition through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contractual agreements.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership housing, affordable housing, or land acquisition within a housebuilder, housing association, or local authority. You will have excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of planning policies, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
